This is a beautiful and easy young and early reader book! It is a level one easy reader for a child that is just learning to read longer stories. It is a story about a good egg who wants to be in a talent show but feels he does not have any talents. In his quest to find something, he compares himself to his friends and their talents. Then another egg comes along and helps him. The good egg learns about friendship, not comparing himself, and that everyone has something special in them. Together the good egg and his friends put on a really fun talent show. This book has such a great message that can inspire any child. It has a large type and short sentences with really nice illustrations. It will engage the child and encourage them to continue to read, learn and strengthen their skills. With an inspiring message this book is a must for any new readers library!
